A recent string of sexual harassment scandals have rocked the nation. Statistics show that more than half of all workers have experienced some form of sexual harassment in the workplace. Sexual harassment carries damaging effects to organizations, including: Government penalties, expensive lawsuits, low productivity, poor employee morale, absenteeism problems, and violent tendencies. 
This sexual harassment seminar will help prevent sexual harassment by covering several topics, which include: The definition of sexual harassment; how to determine when behavior is sexual harassment and when it is not; description of hostile work environments; and more.
