Tom Canete runs a snow and landscape company in New Jersey doing almost $7 million in revenues.  70% of that is in snow and ice management.  His company also does one of the largest individual snow clearing projects in the country – NY Giant Stadium at the Meadowlands Arena just outside New York City.  Hear how Tom overcame financial obstacles as well as his own managerial challenges to become one of the most recognized faces in the snow industry east of the Mississippi.
