This rule has been established to serve a dual purpose: to assure the homeowner of professional workmanship and to protect the principles of the Association. Because of the wide range of services provided by members of the Association, the Board of Directors has determined that every member must conduct his business under these regulations:
Workmanship: Workmanship must be of the highest standards and must be under expert supervision at all times.
Quality: Quality of all plant materials, fertilizers, and all other recommended products must be reputable.
Responsibility: The individual contractor is expected to fulfill the contract to the satisfaction of the client.
Ethics: Every member of the Association is expected to operate their business on the basis of integrity – to perform their responsibilities to the best of their ability and to provide the maximum value for services rendered.
