An ILCA Certified Workshop
Speaker: Professor Armando Actis, Sales Department, Training & Project Manager, Rendels, Inc, Joliet Branch
Foremen have to walk a fine line in working side by side with employees while having to direct, motivate and critique them at the same time. They must deal with challenges, manage problematic behaviors, and require 100% accountability from their teams. They must also be able to effectively communicate with their bosses and superiors, and produce quality work that stays within budget and is completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction. How the customer perceives the foreman and crew is fundamental to the success of a contractor’s business! Foremen will learn all this and more in this dynamic seminar. Taught by an instructor with decades of experience working in the landscape industry, this workshop offers complete foremanship training.Location: Bingham Center, 30800 Telegraph, Ste. 1751, Bingham Farms, MI 48025
