Speaker: Professor Armando Actis, College of DuPage
Foremen have to walk a fine line in working side by side with employees while having to direct, motivate and critique them at the same time. They must deal with challenges, manage problematic behaviors, and require 100% accountability from their teams. They must also be able to effectively communicate with their bosses and superiors, and produce quality work that stays within budget and is completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction. How the customer perceives the foreman and crew is fundamental to the success of a contractor’s business! We will cover peer management, problem solving, planning & scheduling for maximum quality and profit and communication for successful leadership.
Please have your team leaders join us for a day dedicated to their development and success!
