This course will address the challenges of trees found in high-risk environments, which arborists must often deal with, such as uprooted, toppled, or suspended trees, and storm damage. Chainsaw safety, ergonomics and maintenance will be covered, as well as technical cutting, and both large and small tree felling. Hazard cutting techniques will be discussed and demonstrated.
