This training consists of a thorough review of topics included in the commercial core manual, the Michigan addendum, and pesticide application methods. Topics include pest management, labels, formulations, hazards, personal protective equipment, pesticides in the environment, transportation, storage and security, emergency response, pesticide application planning and procedures, professional conduct, drift management plans, managing excess pesticide, insects/diseases/cultural problems, and more. Any revisions or updates to pesticide laws and regulations will also be covered.
